52nd MACA Annual Meeting

The 52nd Annual Conference of the Mississippi Agricultural Consultants Association will take place February 3-4, 2026, at the Bost Extension Center, 190 Bost Extension Drive, on the campus of Mississippi State University. MACA Committee meetings and Exhibitor set-up will be on Monday afternoon, February 2nd. The Conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3rd,ending on Wednesday afternoon, February 4th.

Non-Member – Pre-registration ($80.00) deadline is January 24, 2026, or you may register at the door ($100.00).

MACA Voting Member – Pre-Registration ($180.00) deadline is January 24, 2026, or you may register at the door ($200.00).

Lunch is included in the registration fee. CCA CEU’s and License renewal available at the conference. Registration form, agenda and other information is available on the MACA website, www.msagconsultants.com. You may pay the registration fee by check or by credit card. To pay by check, please complete the registration form and mail form and check to the address at the bottom of the form.

Credit card payments through PayPal will be accepted for the conference for Pre-registration and at the door. Complete your transaction through PayPal by using the PayPal icon.

•     Click “Reserve” under the specific parking location – Bost Staff/Soccer Lot
•      At Log In page – Click “Continue as Guest” (at bottom)
•     Input relevant information to complete registration process, once the “Confirm & Purchase” option is completed the visitor is registered to park for the event date/time selected
• After answering each question (1, 2, 4, and 5), “Save and Continue”. Guest will receive an email confirming the registration.
  Additional Information
• Attendees can register at any time between now and the date of the event through the link above. Please DO NOT wait until the morning of the Conference to complete parking reservations.

• In the step-by-step guide are instructions on how to input the license plate. Please DO NOT put any spaces within the license plate and put all letters and numbers as they fall within the plate, including those on the sides. 

• If someone registers a vehicle and then ends up bringing a different vehicle to campus, please forward the confirmation email and the vehicle information for the vehicle they will bring to Danielle Riley at driley@transportation.msstate.edu. 

• Make sure when parking, park normally, between two white lines, DO NOT pull through or back into a space as the parking officer will still need to scan their licenses plates for their digital parking credentials. Also, DO NOT park in any service, reserved spaces, or handicap spaces without a handicap placard visible.
